Cucumber Yogurt Dill dressing

Light flavor, to me it doesn't taste like a light dressing butjust look at the calories and fat
Ingredients:
1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh dill, minced or 1 tablespoon dried dill
pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients except the dill.
2. Puree in a blender or food processor until smooth.
3. Stir in the dill.
4. Cover and mellow in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour.
