A lovely cooling salad Serve with rice dishes or grills. Ingredients:
3 arabic cucumbers (small cucumbers) |
1 cup mild natural drinking yoghurt |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon dried mint |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon rose water |
Directions:
1. Place yoghurt into a bowl. 2. Add garlic mint, rose water and spices to yoghurt. 3. Mix well. 4. Dice cucumbers into small pieces. 5. Add cucumbers to yogurt. 6. Serve. |
