Cucumber Yoghurt Salad (Labaan Bil Kiyaar)

A lovely cooling salad Serve with rice dishes or grills.
Ingredients:
3 arabic cucumbers (small cucumbers)
1 cup mild natural drinking yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried mint
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon rose water
Directions:
1. Place yoghurt into a bowl.
2. Add garlic mint, rose water and spices to yoghurt.
3. Mix well.
4. Dice cucumbers into small pieces.
5. Add cucumbers to yogurt.
6. Serve.
