Serve over salmon or lamb. Nice on pita with sliced cucumber and hummus. Ingredients:
1/2 cup cucumber, grated |
1 cup plain yogurt |
1 teaspoon garlic, minced |
2 teaspoons dill, minced (.25-.5 tsp if dried) |
Directions:
1. Combine and refrigerate. 2. Can be made 1 day in advance. 3. Could add a little fresh mint or olive oil when ready to serve. |
