                                                1 cup plain yogurt  |  
                                                1 small ripe tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped  |  
                                                1/2 cucumber, peeled seeded and diced  |  
                                                1 scallion, including 3 inches of the green part thinly sliced  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes  |  
                                                1/2 cup chitecpin chili, seeded and minced (to taste)  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. mix all the indgreients together in a small,non-reactive bowl. 2. cover & place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to mingle. 3. serve chilled.                              |
