A great side dish to any meal! A pretty salad served on a lettuce leaf. An excellent blend of flavors. Quick and easy preparation. Chill time not included. Ingredients:
3 ounces lemon jell-o gelatin |
1/2 cup hot water |
1 cup sour cream |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 cup cucumber, minced |
Directions:
1. Dissolve jello in hot water. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly with an electric mixer. 2. Add salt, lemon juice and cucumber. Place in a 9 x 9 pyrex dish and chill until firm. |
