Cucumber Sandwiches

Cucumbers, cream cheese, pita bread
Ingredients:
6 slices pita bread (flat bread, not pockets)
1 large cucumber (with or without peel, prettier with peel)
1 -8 ounce cream cheese
5/8 ounce good seasonings italian salad dressing mix
lemon pepper seasoning
Directions:
1. Allow Cream Cheese to soften, in a bowl add Italian Dressing and cream together with a mixer.
2. Spread on top of pita bread.
3. Slice Cucumbers (medium in thickness), remove excess water, and arrange 3 rows of 3 per pita bread.
4. Cut pita bread with a pizza cutter.
5. Sprinkle with lemon pepper to taste.
6. Note: Mixture tastes better when left in refrigerator over night. We usually double the cream cheese or the mixture is very strong and use generously on the pita bread, with 3 long cucumbers. Suggest not putting the cucumbers on until shortly before being eaten.
