Sweet and spicy. yum. Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup yogurt, plain |
1/4 cup parsley, cnipped |
1/4 cup cilantro, fresh,snipped |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 cucumbers, medium,peeled,seeded and coarseky shredded |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. |
