Cucumber-Salmon-Watercress Sandwiches Ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese |
3 t cucumber, finely chopped |
3 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced |
1 t watercress, trimmed & minced |
1/2 t lemon juice |
12 bagels |
1/2 cup watercress, trimmed & minced |
Directions:
1. Process first 5 ingredients and chill, covered, for 2 hours 2. Spread on toasted bagels and sprinkle with watercress |
