Good side dish for all those summer cukes coming off the vine Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream |
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice |
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill |
salt and pepper |
4 to 6 cucumbers(1 pound) |
Directions:
1. Combine sour cream, lemon juice and dill 2. Add salt and pepper to your taste 3. Whisk well to combine 4. Cucumbers need to be halved lengthwise 5. Then thinly slice crosswise 6. Toss with dill to coat 7. Serve as is or refrigerate for 4 hours |
