Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups sliced cucumber (about 2 medium) |
1/2 cup sliced red onion |
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
lettuce leaves (optional) |
Directions:
