Ingredients:
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 cups chopped english cucumber (about 1)
1/4 cup chopped red onion (about 1/2 small)
Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients.
2.
Place cucumber and onion in a medium bowl. Spoon sour cream mixture over vegetables; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately, or cover and chill.
