A yummy summery salad! Ingredients:
dressing |
1 can. tomato soup |
1 tbsp minced garlic |
1 cup. vegetable oil |
1/4 cup. vinegar |
1/2 cup. sugar |
salt and pepper to taste |
salad |
2-3 cucumbers |
1 large onions |
Directions:
1. Peel and Slice your cucumbers, layer with onions and tomatoes. Pour dressing overtop. Shake well before serving. Tastes better if you make the dressing the day before so the garlic can soak into the dressing. |
