1 cucumber, peeled and chopped in to cubes |
1/4 red onion |
2 tlbs rice wine vinegar |
2 tlbs water |
3 tlbs sugar |
Directions:
1. mix vinegar, sugar, and water in to a dressing 2. top on cucumbers and onion 3. let sit at least 30 minutes 4. enjoy! |
