4 medium cucumbers, seeded and diced |
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/2 cup rice vinegar |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 teaspoons finely chopped peanuts |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
Directions:
