Another great appetizer to serve those special guests you have coming - Another variation of this is to omit the salmon and dill. Top cucumber slices with cream cheese spread as directed, and drizzle with Kraft Roasted Red Pepper with Parmesan Dressing. You can also substitute 12 canned baby shrimp for the salmon. So simple, yet so delicious!! Ingredients:
1 seedless cucumber, peeled |
1/4 cup philadelphia cream cheese |
1 tablespoon fresh chives |
1 green onion, finely chopped |
30 g smoked salmon, thinly sliced, cut into 12 pieces |
12 sprigs fresh dill |
Directions:
1. Cut cucumbers corsswise inot 12 slices. Use a melon baller to scoop out indentation in center of each cucumber round. 2. Fill evenly with cream cheese. Top with salmon and dill,. |
