A great cooling side dish to serve with curries Ingredients:
1 cup natural yoghurt |
1 cup grated cucumber |
salt to taste |
red chilli powder to taste |
1 tblspn finely chopped onion |
1 tspn powdered roasted yellow mustard seeds |
2 tspns powdered roasted cumin seeds |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients, keeping aside a pinch of the powdered spices and chilli powder 2. transfer to a glass bowl 3. sprinkle the remaining spices as garnish 4. serve chilled |
