                    I'm going through all of my old recipe magazines and posting the recipes so I can finally ditch the mags.  Cook time is chill time.  Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 medium cucumbers, halved and thinly sliced  |  
                                                2 medium carrots, julienned  |  
                                                1/4 cup diced onion  |  
                                                2 tablespoons raisins  |  
                                                3/4 cup water  |  
                                                1/4 cup vinegar  |  
                                                2 tablespoons sugar  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon pepper  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon paprika  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, carrots, onions and raisins. 2. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over cucumber mixture. 3. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.                              |
