This is from WSU extension office. With sugar you can season to taste. Use Splenda if needed or alternate sugar. For a creamier dressing, add a tsp. of mayo to sugar and mix into the vinegar. Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, seeded and sliced |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 cup rice vinegar |
2 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Rinse, dry, seed and slice cucumber. 2. Place in bowl. 3. In separate bowl, mix sugar, water and vinegar. 4. Pour over cucumbers and toss. |
