From the American Diabetes Association. plain fat-free yogurt light sour cream minced fresh dill (optional) garlic salt white wine vinegar ground black pepper sugar substitute large cucumbers, medium onion
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (plain fat-free) yogurt
1/4 cup light sour cream
1 tbsp minced fresh dill
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 g (1 packet) sugar substitute
2 (large) cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients except cucumber and onion.
2. Add cucumber and onion and toss to coat well. Serve chilled.
