This is a great sweet and tangy meal or snack, all in one! Ingredients:
1/2 cup sliced cucumber |
1/2 cup sliced red onion |
1/4 cup raisins |
2 tablespoons fat free ranch dressing (or your preference) |
Directions:
1. Slice cucumbers into bowl. 2. Slice onions into the bowl. 3. Add raisins. 4. Toss with fat free ranch. |
