3 whole(s) carrots |
3 stalk(s) celery |
1 whole(s) cucumber |
1 cup(s) fresh mint |
1 can(s) garbanzo beans (15 oz) |
1 tablespoon(s) honey |
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1/4 cup(s) raisins |
3 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Drain beans. Place the sliced cucumber, chopped celery, garbanzo beans, shredded carrots, raisins, and chopped mint in a large bowl, and toss with the olive oil, honey and red wine vinegar to coat. Serve immediately. |
