3 cups cucumbers, peeled and diced |
1/2 cup raw mango, peeled diced |
1/2 cup spring onion, chopped with leaves (hara pyaz) |
1 teaspoon green chili pepper, chopped |

1 teaspoon artificial sweetener (optional) |
1 teaspoon black peppercorns, coarsely ground |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
