I can't wait for the summer produce as I have really begun to enjoy smoothies. Ingredients:
2 medium cucumbers |
1 lime |
1/2 cup water |
1 cup ice |
3 -4 tablespoons honey or 3 -4 tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Peel, seed and chop 2 medium cucumbers. Blend them with all the other ingredients until smooth. |
