A good side to so many meals. Delicious on a really hot day. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons salad oil |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/8-1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon dried dill |
salt, to taste |
1 large cucumber, peeled and cut into 1/2 ",cubes |
3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce |
Directions:
1. Whisk together the vinegar, oil, pepper, dillweed, sugar, and a sprinkle of salt. 2. Add cucumber and lettuce. 3. Toss lightly and serve immediately. |
