1/2 cup grated peeled cucumber |
1 inch peeled fresh ginger |
simple syrup |
Directions:
1. Place cucumber in a small bowl with fresh ginger. Add hot Simple Syrup; cover and let stand 30 minutes. 2. Strain mixture through a sieve; discard solids. |
