You can also fill celery stalks with the same salad mixtures. Ingredients:
4 english cucumbers (the long hothouse variety) |
1 cup crab, lobster, chicken or egg salad with 1 teaspoon snipped dill added |
paprika, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Peel the cucumbers and slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and place spoonfuls of the salad into the center. Slice the cucumbers in half or thirds, and sprinkle with paprika. |
