This is a very good dressing. It can also be used as a dip. It's low fat too. :o) Ingredients:
1 cup chopped seeded, peeled cucumber |
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon lime zest |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or 2 teaspoons dried chives |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 tablespoon low-fat sour cream |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together with a fork or wire whisk. 2. Chill before serving. |
