Cucumber Dressing

This is a very good dressing. It can also be used as a dip. It's low fat too. :o)
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped seeded, peeled cucumber
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or 2 teaspoons dried chives
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon low-fat sour cream
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together with a fork or wire whisk.
2. Chill before serving.
