Cucumber Dip With Fresh Dill

Ingredients:
1 medium size cucumber, peeled and seeded
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill
Directions:
1. Puree the cucumber in a blender until chunky but not liquefied.
2. Stir in the yogurt and dill.
3. Cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
4. Serve with raw vegetables, pita bread or spicy foods.
