Yet another Yogurt Dip recipe. This one's AWESOME. Ingredients:
1 cucumber (peeled) |
1 cup of yogurt |
2 cloves of garlic (minced) |
1 tablespoon of dill |
salt & pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Grate the Cucumber....that's right, I said Grate. 2. Place the Grated Cucumber in a bowl with the Yogurt, Garlic, Dill and mix to combine. 3. Salt and Pepper the dip to taste. 4. Let Chill for at least 30 minutes. 5. Goes Great with Corn Chips, Pita Bread, or as a topping on Gyros. |
