Greek Feta Burgers are the perfect vehicle for this sauce recipe. However, we're betting you'll find it useful in snack recipes as well. Serve on Greek gyros, lamb burgers, or as an appetizer on simple sliced veggies. Ingredients:
1/4 cup diced seeded peeled cucumber |
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh or 1/8 teaspoon dried dill |
1 small garlic clove, minced |
