Cucumber Dill Cottage Cheese Salad |

Everyone's favourite Ingredients:
i tub cottage cheese, large or small curd |
1 cucumber, english or seedless |
1 tbsp mayonaise |
2 tsp chopped dill weed |
2 or 3 green onions |
pepper, freshly cracked or 1/4 tsp course ground or less ground |
Directions:
1. Split the cucumber lengthwise into 4 equal slices. 2. Slice the long slices about 1/4 inch each. 3. Dice the green onions, white and green parts. 4. Spoon in the mayo into the cottage cheese. 5. Mix (toss) the pie shaped cucumber pieces with the slightly drained cottage cheese and the green onions. 6. Add the dill weed and the pepper and mix (toss) again 7. Serve. 8. You can garnish with a little sprinkle of dill weed and a sprinkly more of pepper. 9. Wait 10 or 15 minutes before serving for the flavours to mix. 10. Refrigerate any leftover. Mix again before serving again as it will get watery. |
