2 medium cucumbers, sliced |
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
2 (1 ounce) packets italian salad dressing mix |
2 loaves french bread, ready to bake- pillsbury is nice |
dill weed, to taste |
Directions:
1. Bake the french bread according to the directions. Once baked, cut into 1 inch slices. 2. Mix the powdered italian dressing mix with the softened cream cheese and spread evenly over each slice of bread. 3. Place a slice of cucumber on top of each piece. Set a few sprigs of dill weed on top of the cucumber. |
