2 cups cucumbers |
1/2 cup salsa |
1 oz low fat cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Wash Cucumbers 2. Cut in half 3. Scoop out seeds and make a well in the cucumber 4. Mix Salsa and cream cheese together 5. Spoon mixture into wells |
