A very light quick and easy cool lunch or light supper. Ingredients:
3 eggs-medium hard boiled and sliced |
1 large cucumber pared and sliced to desired thickness |
1/2 tomato chunked |
2 black olives large sliced |
2 tblsp dressing |
gorgonzola bits |
1/2 red onion half-moon slices |
Directions:
1. put all ingredients in a bowl 2. mix up 3. season 4. and that's it! |
