Low Calorie, high nutrition sandwich spread to replace mayo if Mustard is not your thing. Accompanies fish, turkey, and chicken.
Ingredients:
2 c avacado
1 tsp iodized salt
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp hot sauce, habanero
1/4 c red onion, diced
1/4 c cucumber, diced
1/4 c fat-free yogurt, plain
Directions:
1. Add solid ingredients except cucumber, Avocado, or yogurt, puree in a blender until chunky, add Avocado Yogurt, and Cucumber, blend on chop until smooth. Refrigerate for 10 b- 15 min to set, refrigerate to store. Serving size, app. 1.5 tbsp.
