Ingredients:
2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
1 medium tomato, seeded and finely chopped
1 serrano chile, seeded and minced
1 1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and chill 1 hour.
