Ingredients:
2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and finely chopped |
1 medium tomato, seeded and finely chopped |
1 serrano chili, seeded and minced |
1 1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt |
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint |
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed, toasted |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well. 2. Cover and chill for an hour. |
