a dip thats good with sliced red and orange bell peppers, or with a triscuit cracker Ingredients:
first of all, it's chilled, not cooked |
8 oz. cream cheese, the whipped kind |
8 oz. finely shredded cucumber, really well drained, will need to squeeze it |
1/2 c. swiss cheese. finely shredded |
1/2 tsp. dillweed |
1/2 tsp. lemon juice |
small clove garlic, minced |
Directions:
1. Peel and shred the cucumber(s) 2. squeeze out most of the juices 3. mix all ingredients well 4. Chill at least 2 hours |
