A nice refreshing british soup for summer. Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced |
4 ounces sour cream |
16 ounces heavy cream |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
2 tablespoons fresh dill |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until smooth. 2. all seasonings to taste. 3. chill one hour before serving. garnish with any left over cucumber slices. |
