This is really a easy dinner to put together. I usually make it when I have things I need to do around the house. I put it in the oven, do my laundry, vaccum the house and when I'm done dinner is ready!!! Ingredients:
4 cube steaks |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1 cup rice, uncooked |
1 can beef broth |
1 can consomme |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Brown and season steak. 2. Place in casserole dish. 3. Pour rice over steak. 4. Mix broth, consomme and water. 5. Pour over steak and rice. 6. Cover; cook about 1 hour at 400 degrees. 7. Serve Hot. |
