This is a very easy to make and is so good. You can make as much or as little as you like. Ingredients:
4 cube steaks |
3 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup |
1 onion (diced) |
1/2 cup water |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix soup and onions together with the water. 2. Place cube steaks in bottom of baking dish. 3. Pour over the soup mixture. 4. Place cover or foil over to seal it. 5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. 6. Serve over cooked rice. |
