cube steak with a beefy gravy Ingredients:
8 piece cube steaks |
10 ounces cream of mushroom soup |
1 dry onion |
1 cup beef broth |
1 cup water |
1 cup flour |
1 tablespoon garlic |
1 tablespoon salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. mix flour, garlic, salt and pepper onto plate. dredge cube steak and fry until brown in a large skillet with cooking spray. layer into baking dish and bake on 350 for 40-45 minutes. serve with mashed potatoes and veggie. use gravy, if desired, over mashed potatoes. |
