This a traditional Cuban side dish. Made with the Yucca Root. The taste has a lot of garlic and lemon. Ingredients:
1 package of frozen yucca or |
3 fresh yucca root |
1/2 cup of lemon juice |
1 small clove of garlic |
Directions:
1. If Yucca is frozen open package and boil until tender. 2. If Yucca is fresh peal root and boil until tender 3. Chop Garlic into small pieces 4. Place Yucca in casarole dish then lemon juice and garlic 5. Place lid on dish and bake in oven 450 for 20mins |
