Ingredients:
1 cup(s) green pepper chopped |
2 clove(s) garlic crushed |
2 can(s) black beans (16 oz) |
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano |
1 tablespoon(s) vinegar |
Directions:
1. Saute green pepper and garlic in 2 T. olive oil. Then add beans, oregano, and vinegar. Cover and simmer for 10 min over low heat. Serve over rice. Serves 6. |
