This is a good sandwich that is filling served with soda, chips. My family loves this for dinner Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
5 tbsp. italian dressing |
4 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise |
4 tbsp. stone ground mustard |
1/2 lb. thinly sliced deli turkey |
1/2 lb. thinly sliced cooked ham |
1/2 lb. thinly sliced swiss cheese |
1 cup dill pickles slices |
1 cup black olives sliced |
1/2 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and Italian dressing. 2. Spread mixture on hoagie rolls. 3. Spread each roll with mustard. 4. On each roll arrange meats and cheese. 5. Top each with dill pickles and black olives. 6. Close sandwiches, brush top and bottoms with olive oil 7. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. 8. Place sandwiches in skillet. 9. Cook sandwiches for 2 minutes, pressing down with a plate wrapped in foil. 10. Flip and cook for 2 more minutes or until cheese is melted. 11. Remove from heat. 12. Place on plates and cut in half diagonally. |
