Cuban Grilled Corn on the Cob With Queso Blanco and Lime |

Recipe by Ron Trovato Found on Corn on the cob goes south of the border with chili, cheese and a squirt of Lime. This is a big hit a my family dinners. Just peeling the husk back and leaving it for a handle looks great. Ingredients:
4 ears corn, in the husk |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 tablespoon salt |
6 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup queso blanco, cheese |
1 lime, cut in quarters |
Directions:
1. Soak corn in water for 30 minutes. 2. Cook on grill turning often for around 30 minutes. 3. Combine chili powder. paprika, salt , butter and cheese. 4. Spread mixture on platter sprinkle with clintro. 5. Pull back husk and silks leave attached for a handle. 6. Roll corn in the butter mixture and serve on same platter 7. with lime slices. 8. enjoy. |
