This recipe came from a friend Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, peeled |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 small chili pepper, seeded and minced |
2 teaspoons lime juice |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Slice cucumbers lengthwise and remove seeds. Slice each half into 1/2 inches pieces. Place them into bowl and sprinkle on salt. Toss gently and let sit for 30 minute Drain well. 2. Place Cucumbers into a serving bowl and add chilis, lime juice, and garlic. Toss well. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Serve. |
