Based on a recipe from The Bread Machine Cookbook by Donna Rathmell German, p. 158. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups water |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
2 cups whole wheat flour |
2 teaspoons active dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in bread machine and set to dough cycle. 2. Preheat oven to 425°F. 3. When cycle is complete remove dough and separate into two balls. 4. Form each ball into a 12-14 inch pizza crust and place on a cookie sheet or pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray and dusted with cornmeal. 5. Top with sauce and toppings. 6. Bake for 10-15 min until crust is browned and cheese is melted. |
