A recipe from an Amish Cookbook entitled Cooking with the Horse and Buggy People II. I haven't tried yet, but looks simple and good Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes |
4 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/2 cup cracker crumb |
1 teaspoon salt |
seasoning salt |
Directions:
1. Wash potatoes and dry. 2. Roll in melted butter, then in crumbs. 3. Place in greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hours. |
