This is a simple egg dish that can be thrown together quickly and it tastes great too. Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen spinach |
1 small onion |
6 large eggs |
16 ounces cottage cheese |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Thaw and drain spinach. Chop onion. Combine all ingredients and pour into greased pyrex dish. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes. |
